EVIL IN DISGUISE

Chapter 2 *SEPARATION*

- Hey honey, said a lovely voice as Sam stepped inside the door. It was his wife, Sandra. His great beloved wife. As he went into the kitchen and gave her a emotional kiss, he thought of how happy he was to have a great wife as her, and the thoughts of Jim left him. Sandra was almost like a model on the oustside, but she did not act like one. She was just a ordinary girl, with some makeup, but wore clothes that she were comfortable with, and not clothes that were for the prettiness sake. Sam liked that kind'a girl, and she was also a good listener, but as well as good as a talker. He had her own great opinions, but would consider all possibilities in a case. She is a journalist for the news channel The Fox, but it's not often she get's on the screen. Her job is to find good and reliable background information to the bigger newsmen, and she get's a good payment for that.
Sandra touched Sam's black, and almost to long hair as the emotional kiss had stopped. Sam loved when Sandra brushed his hair like that, his whole inside started to make twists.

- Dinner is ready, she said, and Sam felt the smell. It was spaghetti and meatballs, delicious. He licked himself around his mouth as he sat down at the table, and thought of how good this meal was going to be, like any other meal. He started to fill up his plate, and he did not hesitate to fill so much he had space for. Sam started to eat, but Sandra looked at him with that look he often get, a look that means ''hey, stop for a little now''.

- Aren't you going to ask me how my day was?

- Oh, yes, but your food is so good, he said with his mouth full of meatballs.

- Oh, stop it Sam, she said flattered.

- Okay, he said and swallowed the food in his mouth. - How was your day, my sweetheart?

- You remember when I did the background on the president of Zimbabwe, and Stevie Yorke really liked what I did? Sam did not remember anything, but nodded anyway, there had to be a point. Sam was always bad in remembering things; they just went in the ear and out the other. - Yes, and then he recommended me for travel journalist in Africa to the other leaders, and they promoted me.
Sam put up his best smile, this sounded like a good thing. But when he noticed that Sandra was not smiling, he lowered his smile.

- I have to travel to Zimbabwe tomorrow, to report live from Zimbabwe's president press conference to his voters. Sam looked at her, and they both felt something they haven't felt in a long time. It was time to separate. They had almost done everything together since they were married, for seven years ago, but now they had to handle to go each other’s ways for some time.

- My work at the Car Repair is to important for me now, many is sick, and the boss counts on me that I will show up, they need everything they got down there. So I can't come with you.

- I understand, she said, and laid a comforting hand over his. - But we will get through this, somehow, right?

- Right, he said, and kissed Sandra again, now more emotionally than before. Sam just loved Sandra. So easy. He just loved her.
